Charles Randall Reese, known professionally as Randall, brings
over a decade of dedicated experience in the funeral service profession,
distinguished by a blend of operational excellence, ethical leadership, and a
deep commitment to education. A proud graduate of Thomson High School (2005),
Randall pursued his passion for service and science at Augusta Technical
College (2008), ultimately earning his Associate Degree in Mortuary Science
from Ogeechee Technical College.
Currently licensed as a Life Insurance Agent in the state of
Georgia and serving as a Certified Deputy Coroner, Randall bridges the
technical, legal, and emotional dimensions of funeral service with rare
insight. He actively sells pre-need funeral policies within funeral homes and
manages other agents, guiding them with a hands-on understanding of both sales
strategy and compassionate service. His public speaking engagements focus on
educating families about the benefits of planning and pre-funding funerals, and
he is passionate about mentoring life insurance agents to unlock the full
potential of this meaningful business.
Randall’s professional journey spans multiple funeral homes
across Georgia, culminating in his appointment as General Manager of Paul M.
Lowe Funeral Home Inc. There, he not only led the funeral home but also oversaw
operations for its affiliated burial vault and monument companies. His tenure
was marked by measurable growth across all service lines, driven by his
implementation of innovative workflows, strategic product offerings, and a
people-centered operational culture. His promotion to Head of Operations placed
him at the helm of nearly two dozen employees, where he continues to champion
ethical accountability, team empowerment, and service innovation.
Randall founded CE Associate to share his deep industry knowledge and
help funeral professionals—from pre-need counselors and funeral directors to
embalmers, managers, and owners—embrace bold, out-of-the-box strategies. CE
Associate is more than a platform; it's a movement to challenge conventional
thinking, elevate the grieving family's experience, and strengthen the funeral
home’s bottom line while expanding market share. Through engaging continuing
education courses, Randall equips professionals to face the evolving challenges
of the funeral industry head-on—with creativity, compliance, and compassion.
Whether he's leading operations, mentoring agents, or
speaking to a room full of professionals, Randall’s mission remains clear: to
elevate the standards of funeral service through education, innovation, and
heart.
Randall is also deeply involved in his community:
Whether guiding families through difficult moments or mentoring professionals in the field, Randall Reese brings integrity, insight, and a heart for service to everything he does.
